Student group tours across Europe for ages 18 to 25. Every figure on this page is split into transport, hostel nights, entry fees and our agency fee, with the total shown before you pay a deposit.
We quote in euro and settle in the currency of the departure country. Bus and rail seats are reserved in blocks of ten, so the per-person transport figure depends on how full the group is. Hostel beds are priced per night in shared student rooms. Entry fees are listed separately and only appear when a site charges a group rate.
The agency fee covers route planning, group coordination on the ground, and one staff member per twenty travelers. It is a fixed amount per person and it does not move when the group size changes.

Payment plan
Every group tour for students aged 18 to 25 runs on the same schedule: a fixed deposit holds your seat, a second installment follows six weeks later, and the balance is due 21 days before departure. Tours are subject to availability and confirmed only once the minimum group size of 10 travelers is reached.
Payable at booking. Your place on the route list is reserved the day the deposit clears.

Tours are designed for students aged 18 to 25 with valid student status. Travellers under 18 can be booked by a parent or guardian after a short review; use the contact form to request that.
Every tour page carries a labelled breakdown table with transport, hostel nights, entry fees where applicable and our agency fee in separate rows. The total you see is the sum of those rows, and nothing is added at checkout.
A deposit reserves your seat, and the remaining balance is due before departure. Amounts and deadlines sit in the payment plan section of this page.
Each departure needs a minimum of 10 travellers. If a date stays below that number we cancel it and return deposits in full. All dates remain subject to availability.
Yes. The fee depends on how close to the departure date you cancel. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy lists every refund window and charge in full.
International flights, visa and consular fees, daily meals, personal travel insurance and optional activities stay outside the tour price. Each tour table lists them so you can plan a realistic budget.
Prices are quoted in euros. You can pay by bank transfer or card, and you receive written confirmation showing the deposit received and the balance still due before departure.
