2. Bookings and payment
Programme, price, inclusions and cancellation terms appear before confirmation, per Закон України № 1023-XII «Про захист прав споживачів».
3. Data, advertising and language
Personal data is processed with prior informed consent under Закон України № 3153-IX «Про захист персональних даних». Advertising and information are accurate and complete, per Закон України № 270/96-ВР «Про рекламу». Ukrainian is the main site language; this English version is an addition under Закон України № 2704-VIII «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної».
