Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy governs cancellations, refunds, and changes for tour bookings made on alevorix.com. By booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before start: full refund minus 10% admin fee.
• 15–30 days: 50% refund.
• 7–14 days: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days: no refund.

3. Changes

Changes requested more than 15 days before start: $25 fee plus any price difference. Later changes subject to availability and fees.

4. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a tour, you receive a full refund or alternative date. We are not liable for incidental costs.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Fees may apply.
